STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Strength training is essential for baseball players to enhance power, durability, and performance while reducing the risk of injury. However, it must be tailored to avoid excessive bulk or loss of mobility.
During School Monday-Friday: 3PM-7PM
Summer and Winter Break Monday-Friday: 9AM-5PM
When baseball players lift, they should follow a structured, baseball-specific approach that emphasizes explosiveness, joint health, movement quality, and strength. It should be designed to enhance on-field performance, improve rotational power, and reduce injury risk, especially in the throwing arm, hips, and shoulders.
